Purchase agreement (contract) is electronically stored on the server and available at all times to customer profile (user of Atelje Duka). Buyer receives an invoice included with shipment package.
All visitors and users can shop at special web prices. All prices are final selling prices.
1. Order received – Your order has been registered. You have recieved an e-mail with order and payment details. You can cancel your order within 1 hour by sending an email with text cancel order #order_id (your order id) in it to firstname.lastname@example.org.
2. Processing – Your order is confirmed and contract between seller and buyer is sealed, when the seller receives the payment. The seller prepares the ordered package and sends it to the destination.
3. Order complete – Your package has been sent and the order is complete.
Your satisfaction is our primary aim. If you would like to return the pottery, please contact us within 10 days after you receive the package and let us know the reason of the return. Pack the pottery well and send it back to us. If we receive it in re-sellable condition, we will gladly refund amount of the purchase. You will be held responsible for the shipping costs.
